AFTER WE HAVE CONFIRMED YOUR INFORMATION. WE WILL THEN ASK FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND PROCESS A DEPOSIT EQUAL TO THE FIRST NIGHTS FEES TO GUARANTEE THE RESERVATION AND THIS FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE. WE ACCEPT VISA & MASTERCARD ONLY. Sales Tax is 11.2%
2 adults (18+), 2 kids (17 & under) and 2 pets (dog/cat) are covered in our rates. Additional people or pets are subject to an additional fee per night.
Reservation Policy: A deposit equal to the first night's fees is required and non-refundable.
Holiday Reservation: A deposit equal to (2) two or (3) three night's fees is required and is non-refundable.
We cannot always guarantee individual sites, however we will try our best to accommodate our customers, but we do reserve the right to change sties at any time without notice!
Extending your stay could require a site change & will be subject to availability.
Drop-Ins are welcome However, during the summer months reservations are suggested.
