For your winter time enjoyment you can try Mount Spokane, 49 Degrees North, Schweitzer or Silver Mountain. A little closer to home, you will find about 12 golf courses including The Creek at Qualchan, Downriver Golf Course, Esmeralda Golf Course and Indian Canyon Golf Course.

Spokane is home to the Spokane Indians - a Minor League baseball team, the Spokane Chiefs - Western Hockey League and the Spokane Shadow - a Northwest Soccer team.
